She </em><em>was a recipient of the Puma/LOL Second City Diversity Scholarships in 2010. Barthwell also participated in The Bob Curry Fellowship at The Second City, and she was a member of The Second City touring company from February 2015 to August 2016. Barthwell is an instructor at The Second City, and she performs with the improv group Sweet Tease.
