Haiku for a Dog I Don’t Know, Part 8
On Friday, April 18, 2014, I saw two separate three-legged dogs.
14th Street + University Place
Joy in the morning:
seeing your gleeful gallop
on three limber legs.
10th Street + Broadway
“I’ve got a comrade!”
said the wheelchaired man. Using
three legs, you jump up.
